Lighting & Effects

Backdrop Lighting

		Use backdrop lighting behind the head table in your colours. They’re motionless as guests arrive, but after the party starts, they sway to the beat of the music.		
	

Laser Light

$15

		Use the laser light to help add to the dance floor experience.  The laser is not directed at guests, but instead is directed to the dance floor or the upper wall. 		
	

Marquee Signs

$5 each (Initials) – $25 (Words)

		Add to your special day with a Marquee sign.  Available in your initials or as a sign with LOVE or MARRYME. 		
	

Fog Machine

$15

		Light up the dance floor with a bit of fog.  It’s not overused and has enough fog to highlight the dance floor lights.  Hall approval may be required. 		
	

Audio & Visual

Corporate Audio/Video Setup

Have a full audio system set up for corporate events before the team arrives. Includes the mixer, two speakers, and a cordless mic. Projector is available separately, but if you have your own, we’ll help you set it up.

Microphone

One microphone is included in the sound system rental. However, if you have two speakers and they each require a mic, a dual-mic system is available.

Projector

Weddings/Anniversaries: Highlight your memories with a projector. It easily connects to your laptop and if sound is required, it can be connected to the DJ system.

Corporate: Display your company goals and numbers with a projector. It easily connects to your laptop, and if sound is required it can be connected to the sound system.

Round Table

		These 5’ round tables are a perfect table for guests, for cocktail and dinner time.  Seats up to 8 guests per table.		
	

Rectangular Table

6ft $10 or 8ft $12

		Rectangular tables are available in 6’ and 8’ lengths.  Suitable to use what you need to accommodate the full wedding party. 		
	

Padded Chair

$4 each

These padded chairs care comfortable for guests, most commonly used in outdoor settings.

** White table cloths are available at $5 each for either round or rectangular.

Cornhole Game

Keep your guests entertained during cocktail hour with a game of Cornhole.

Large Jenga Game

Guests can have some extra fun during the cocktail hour, with a game of Jenga.
